POLICIES
**PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING**
RETAINER FEES:
Retainer Fees are collected to hold your appointment time and are non-refundable and non-transferable. All retainer fees go towards your total service cost. Fees can be paid via Credit Card or PayPal.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you must cancel, please do so atleast 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

In the event that I must cancel due to a sudden emergency, a full refund of the amount paid for the service(s) will be issued.
RESCHEDULING:
If you wish to reschedule to a different day, you must pay a new retainer to hold a time for a new day. If you wish to reschedule your appointment to a new time for the same day as your original appointment (subject to availability), no new retainer fee is required.
REMAINING BALANCE:
After the retainer fee, the remaining balance is due on or before your scheduled appointment time. Remaining balances can be paid via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay.
LATE FEES:
I do give a 15 minute grace period. After that period, a late fee of $10.00 will be added to the remaining balance. If you are not physically in the makeup chair within 20 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled, as it may affect the remainder of my day's schedule. Please let me know if you wish to reschedule your appointment.
TRAVEL FEES:
The minimum travel fee for Hilton Head and immediate surrounding areas is $50.00. For distances 35 miles+, an additional $5.00-$15.00 will be added every 5 miles. For distances 95 miles+, travel fees start at $170.00 + accommodations in the local area will be at client's expense (i.e. local travel to airport, flight, hotel, parking, and luggage fees, etc.) and will be determined by the available online booking rates at the time of booking. Please contact me before booking if you have any questions or concerns about travel fees.
APPOINTMENTS BEFORE/AFTER HOURS:
There is an additional $35.00 fee to book appointments before or after normal business hours. Please check the business hours listed on the home page and contact me to check availability for before/after hour appointments.
REFUNDS:
In the event that I, the makeup artist, must cancel due to a sudden emergency, the full retainer amount will be refunded. This is the only instance where retainer fees are issued. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process. Contact me if you do not see your refund in the allotted amount of days.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are lashes included?
Yes, strip lashes and or customizable individual lashes are included with each service.
What payment methods do you accept?
For deposits, you can pay online using a credit card or PayPal. For remaining balances, I accept Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Cash App.
What product brands do you use?
My kit consists of alot of different brands that I have found to work best for me over the years, but the main brands in my kit are NARS, Fenty Beauty, Ben Nye, Too Faced, NYX Cosmetics, Morphe, and Maybelline.
Can I bring additional guests to my appointment?
Under normal circumstances, yes (1 person limit). However, due to COVID-19, I ask that ONLY THE CLIENT being serviced comes inside to make things as safe as possible for everyone.
Do you do bridal parties?
Most Definitely! You can visit the "Bridal" tab and fill out the wedding form to get a quote for your special day!
